We offer two different bar operations with help on how to apply for your temporary event notification - for events up to 499 people. If you have more than 499 guests, you must get a premise licence.

We have adapted % cash back return for your charity established upon our bar profit. Please note that you must book Orbit Bar by simply paying a refundable fee.

OPTION 1: PAY BAR, We provide - We sell

We can apply for your TEN - only for event up to 499 people
We sell drink tokens - vouchers for quicker service at the bar - no money handling
We provide full stock, mobile bar, staff, bar materials & equipments
We offer wine, bottled beers, spirits & mixers, cocktails, etc as you wish
We use Plastic glassware only for health and safety reasons
We serve until when you wish/licence expires
Efficient and professional services at your bar
You just have to provide the ice

£500+VAT - REFUNDABLE BOOKING DEPOSIT
We make our money from the sale - Minimum spending required  

OPTION 2: You Provide the Stock - We Sell it

You need to apply for your TEN - only for event up to 499 people
You sell drink tokens - vouchers
You provide full stock and ice
We provide mobile bar, staff and equipments
We serve as you wish: wine, bottled beers, spirits & mixers, cocktails and shooters
We will use Plastic glassware for health and safety reasons
We serve until when you wish/when licence expires
Speed, efficient and professional services at your bar

BOOKING DEPOSIT OF £1,000+VAT REQUIRED. Refundable if minimum spending target is achieved.
We sell your drinks but we take 50% your total bar takings. Minimum required.
