Bar Tab - How to do:
It's a system where you just pay it in advance, the bartenders mark down the drinks or collect tokens as you or your guests order, and then save you and your guests (and the bartender) a lot of time from having to collect cash or tokens for every order. They are two ways to implement it...
1/ CASH TAB - Just pay any amount to the bartender or to the cashier and mention that you want to start a tab. As soon as you or anyone place an order, the bartender will deduct it from your tab and tell you how much you have left. Once your tab runs out, you can stop it and your guests will start to pay for their own drinks. Or if you wish to continue with this system, add more money behind the bar.
2/ TOKEN TAB - Same option as number 1 - except that in exchange you will get drink tokens to give away to the people that you wish to offer free drinks.
