Why we do not provide prices on our website?  
At The Orbit Bar, we aim to offer a bespoke service, which means that all our services and products are tailored to our client specific requirements. Every clients have very differing expectations and needs. As a consequence we quote every job individually once the exact parameters are defined. Experience has shown to be by far the most efficient and accurate way of providing your quotation, with a dedicated service that fit within your budget.  
How can I get an idea of how much my bar service will cost?

Prices seem quite high in the mobile drink industry. Why is this?  
There are a number of reasons for this. The main reason is that specialist entertaining and mobile drink service is a very 'time' consuming business and, as ever, time is money.

Every event is a prestigious occasion and you rightly expect everything to be at its absolute best. To be able to deliver this, Orbit Bar has to commit much more than just the service or performance time.
Even a simple bar service may involve:
- organisation
- preparation
- vehicle loading
- travel
- set up few hours before the event
- the bar service and/or performance
- break down after the event
- return
- unload
- cleaning

Thus 4 hours job easily becomes a 2 days rush with careful preparation! Plus there is expensive equipment to maintain, professional staff to keep happy and sometimes to import celebrity bartenders from other countries, deliveries and collections nationwide, overnight stay in hotel, insurances, overheads, stock control, breakage, website visits...  

Our Prices

All quotations are concluded on the basis of prices exclusive of Value Added Tax (UK VAT - 17.5%)

Quotations are made and orders accepted on the basis that should costs rise over those prevailing at the date of the contract, we reserve the right to alter the price of goods (fruit juices, drinks, ice products, material hire, etc.) and support services (transport, production, labour) at our discretion.
