Orbit Bar Packages

1/ PART INCLUSIVE: No licence required
You will provide the alcohol stock - Guests do not pay.

This option includes everything except the stock: staff (casual, mixology, flair or magic), bar materials, mobile bar if required, full glassware and other ingredients.

Recommended option: cheapest package, even cheaper with no bar hire, party as long as you wish with the booze you may already possess. We will provide you with the full shopping list. To save even more, shop in France if you have the opportunity. For big orders, Orbit Bar is working closely with a reliable drink wholesaler. Bulk prices with free home delivery.

Soft drinks: Orbit can provide the full soft drink list for an extra £1+vat per person - £2+vat over 3h of bar services.

2/ FULLY INCLUSIVE: No licence required
Orbit Bar provides everything inclusive stock - Guests do not pay

Stick to this option for a complete peace of mind or if you don't want any booze left over. You will have unlimited and efficient bar service for your guests. Orbit Bar provides the full stock (until end of stock ordered).

3/ Pre-Pay/Tab Option: Licence required
You pre-pay for some drinks, after that we supply a pay bar service

Put some money behind the bar and use it as bar tab to cover free drink(s) for your guests. We provide the entire stock, staff and equipment. Tab system and then operate as a Pay Bar. Ex; 100 cocktails only then pay as you go. You need to apply for a TEN.

4/ Paying Bar - the venue is licensed
Orbit Bar provides everything plus the stock, traveling and booking fee required

Orbit Bar provides everything. The guests pay at the bar and we stock it. We operate with your licence or TEN but we take all takings from the sales. Minimum spending required.

5/ Pay Bar - the venue is NOT licensed YET
Orbit Bar provides the stock, TEN licence application required

Then you or we need to apply for a TEN, make sure you send us all necessary information! The guests pay at the bar and we stock it. We operate with your licence but we take the money from the sales. A minimum deposit is required to book. Minimum spending also required.

6/ Charity Event - Full/Part Inclusive or Pay Bar
We apply special prices and raise money for your Charity!!!

We could help you to raise more money by getting brand sponsors on board. Your deposit is refundable for full or part inclusive package. % commission based on Pay Bar only with tokens and drink vouchers system.

The way to save extra:
Do not opt for mobile bar hire - just provide a table.
Provide the full stock or or ask us to provide soft drinks for just £1+vat per guest.
Opt for less working hours.
Consider a pay bar service - just need to apply for TEN licence.
Provide somebody that can help collecting and washing glassware.

PART INCLUSIVE:
Once our stock provision is over: provide us with what you have in stock to finish the shift, otherway we will provide extra stock @ extra price.
Order your stock from our wholesaler - bulk prices with free delivery.

PAY BAR:
Put some money behind the bar and use it as bar tab to cover free drink(s) for your guests.
Make sure nobody turns up with booze (check bags) in the venue.

Events Gallery

• 1/ Orbit Bar concept is around NEW MIXOLOGY and NEW COCKTAILS are created and personalized on the spot, our pro bartenders are your cocktail menu!!!
Creation of themed cocktail menu with new signatures recipes is available on request. We create them, you name them! You also print your A4 menu.
• 2/ We will assist you with *your shopping list* and the selection of your alcohol stock and soft drinks if you wish to provide them. The full list is sent once the booking is confirmed.
• 3/ Travelling fee is based on return delivery and collection from Central London.
• 4/ Supply of glassware: we will provide all type of glassware suitable with your bar service. Our minimum is specialty cocktail glasses along with tumblers. Wine and Champagne glasses are free to hire but need to be order prior booking. Be carefull, you are liable for all breakages!
• 5/ Mobile bar delivery: Parking space required, must be ground floor level, any delivery with improper access will be charge extra. We can incorporate logos and printings on front panels of the bars. Bars Extras; Themed bar decoration and uniforms, pyramid as back bar (great to display bottles), classy top bar curtain with background video projection. We will arrive minimum 1h prior beginning of the event.
• 6/ We require washing up area with hot tap, tables to put at the back of the bar stations and put glasses and syrups on it, also ice provision (can be provided @ £0.75/kg)
• 7/ Break down and clear the bar at the conclusion of the event: If you would like hassle free, after party cleaning services, Orbit Bar can recommend you some professionals.

*Stock is provided by third party. Orbit Bar specialize in cocktail bar service. The usual stock provided is composed of spirits, liqueurs, soft drinks. With this stock, we can serve soft drinks, spirits and mixers, mocktails and cocktails only. Cans, bottles of beers (cans for health and safety) , wine and Champagne are available until the end of stock and must be order prior booking.Draught beer is offered as extra: £120+vat 2 pumps system hire + full keg to buy.
