Legal Requirements

Orbit Bar Ltd reserves the right to insist that a trained representative of the company remains on site to monitor safety of large or complicated events.

Should this representative at any time decide that a construction/venue is unsafe or endangering persons or property, we reserve the right to take immediate preventative action to dismantle or modify the construction/ice sculpture/bar display and if required clear the area around.

In the unlikely event of this situation occurring we accept no responsibility for any costs created by the early removal of the piece(s) and material.

Should this unlikely situation arise the company and its agents accept no responsibility for any breach of contract, ice product and any other that are unpredictable and behave in different unforeseeable ways at different temperatures and other conditions.

The company undertakes to work and operate in compliance with Health & Safety law at the client’s premises or venue and will ensure that all staff is trained and aware of the company Health & Safety policy. The client undertakes that all power supplies, sub contractors or working partners on site also comply and take responsibility for the Health & Safety.


 
For large scale or complicated events, we require a complete venue survey with capacity report and plan(s), containing all vital information on fire exits, extinguishers, meeting point, security, first aid, disability access, electrical & lighting, special effects, etc...
